Core values and ideas
MakeLab is an international diverse community of makers, innovators, entrepreneurs, technology enthusiasts and creators, as well as a network of physical centers (makerspaces) established in order to encourage and inspire ideas and practices evolving around innovation, technology, creativity, and collaborative work, in the spirit of free will, open sources and time sharing. The network’s main goal is to promote inspiration, collaboration and action and to provide an infrastructure of means, knowledge and knowhow for anyone who wants to create, make, experiment, research, acquire skills and develop, and to do so while connecting with others in the community or volunteering to help others, and sharing knowledge and skill. The MakeLab includes a large diverse and supportive community of all ages and backgrounds: makers, entrepreneurs, inventors, artists, educators and tech enthusiasts. The MakeLab is also an international network of physical centers (makerspaces), where various tools, machinery, and fabrication facilities are freely available to the general public. History: The MakeLab community was founded in 2012 by Avi Ostfeld, an Israeli high-tech entrepreneur, investor, maker and mentor in the educational technology and innovation fields.

i-FAIR
The innovation fellowship for aspiring inventors and researchers (i-FAIR Israel Nigeria) is a platform committed to supporting Innovative Nigerian youths in transforming their ideas into inventions that will drive inclusive and viable industrialization in Africa. The initiative was created through the partnership of the Embassy of Israel, Skill G Innovation, and the Nigerian Government to establish an innovation ecosystem in Nigeria.
The goal of this initiative is to identify potentials, as well as the gaps between prospects and successes, and subsequently bridge those gaps.

Isolierband
The Isolierband Robotics Competition challenges hobbyists to build a robot that can follow a line to the furthest point on a track as fast as possible. The competition is built as a "race" between robots on different lanes of the same type (action...action... big fun... ). Some advanced tracks have some "special features" - see Isolierband Robotics Competition rules documents and some tracks and guidelines from previous seasons. However... if your robot can follow a line... you will be able to participate... Each robot competes on several types of tracks.
